Generally, it's recommended to drink at least 2-3 litres of water per day after the treatment. This helps flush out the fatty acids through your urine and sweat, aiding in the overall effectiveness of the treatment.

Each fat dissolving treatment includes a lymphatic drainage massage 2 weeks post treatment.
